Full job description
Growth Marketing Manager — Enterprise
About The Role
We are an enterprise AI company selling to large, regulated businesses with long sales cycles and multi-person buying committees. Marketing here runs on named accounts rather than broad campaigns, and every claim we make carries a number behind it.
This role owns the execution engine underneath that: demand generation, the marketing technology stack, performance marketing, search and answer-engine visibility, developer and customer marketing, and the reporting that proves any of it worked. It is a hands-on role in a small team — you build these systems yourself.
WHAT YOU WILL DO?
Demand generation inside account plays. Build and ship the landing pages, sequences, personalised outreach and targeted social that account-based plays require, against a single list shared with sales.Own the martech stack end to end. CMS and hosting, GA4 and Tag Manager, CRM and marketing automation, attribution, SEO tooling and dashboards — selection, configuration, integration, access and cost.Website operations and technical SEO. Site and landing page builds, architecture, structured data, redirects, page speed, indexation.SEO and AEO. Own organic visibility, and build the tracking for how often we appear in AI-generated answers to buyer questions. This part has no established playbook.Performance marketing. Paid social to named buying-committee roles, retargeting and paid search — small budgets, tight tests, honest reporting.Developer marketing. Run the developer-facing surface with engineering — documentation and sandbox operations, sample repositories, technical content programming, developer events and hackathon presence, and adoption measurement.Customer marketing. Own the reference programme with sales — case studies, verified reviews on marketplaces andreview platforms, logo permissions, advocacy and reference calls.Events and community. Executive dinners, conferences, sponsorships and an invitation-only practitioner circle — logistics, follow-up and attributed pipeline.Reporting. One dashboard, one source of truth, reported weekly on pipeline influenced and accounts moved rather than lead volume.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
3–4 years in growth marketing, demand generation or marketing operations. Early-stage startup experience strongly preferred someone who has built a function, not inherited one that already ran.Hands-on across a modern martech stack — you have configured analytics and tag management, built automation workflows and shipped CMS pages yourself. We care that you have wired tools together, not which brands you used.Real technical SEO ability — audits, structured data, internal linking, redirect strategy, and confident use of crawl and keyword tools.Performance marketing you ran personally, with a view on what small B2B budgets can and cannot buy.Strong with spreadsheets, dashboards and light no-code automation. SQL is a bonus, not a filter.Comfortable with technical audiences and with customers — you can brief engineers on developer content, and ask a live customer for a case study or a review without flinching.Clear written English, and the judgement to start from context rather than a brief.Willing to be measured on pipeline influenced.
BONUS POINTS
B2B enterprise or regulated-industry experienceAccount-based marketingDeveloper marketing or technical community workAn informed opinion on how large language models surface brandsEnough HTML and CSS to unblock yourselfExposure to both Indian and international markets.Apply with a page you shipped end to end, a dashboard you built, and one campaign that did not work and what you changed because of it.
