About the role

Koyō is an AI-native hiring platform. Recruiting software today is slow, ugly, and hated by the people forced to use it daily; we're building the replacement. We're early — small team, real customers, and almost no one knows we exist yet.

That last part is your job. As our first marketing hire you'll own how Koyō sounds and where it shows up: LinkedIn, cold email, and whatever else you can argue for. You'll write a lot, ship fast, and see your work in market within days rather than quarters. You'll work directly with the founding team.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute creative LinkedIn campaigns for Koyo.Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns.Design and implement LinkedIn outbound strategies.Define target segments and develop comprehensive marketing strategies.Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.Craft engaging and creative marketing communications.
