Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate Trainee to join the Asia Pacific (ASP) Digitalization and Process Enablement (DPE) team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale global HR digital transformation initiatives, automation programs, analytics, AI-driven solutions, and process improvement projects that support Siemens H2R operations across multiple countries.

The trainee will gain hands-on experience working with global stakeholders, digital technologies, data analytics, ServiceNow, Power Platform, AI initiatives, and automation projects while supporting the delivery of strategic transformation programs.

You’ll Make a Difference By

Support digital transformation initiatives across the ASP H2R organization.Assist in documenting business processes, user journeys, and operational workflows.Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to generate significant business insights.Support development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.Assist in identifying automation opportunities using AI, Power Automate, UiPath, and related digital tools.Participate in workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and document action items.Support project planning, tracking, documentation, and governance activities.Prepare presentations, project status reports, and management updates.Coordinate with regional and global teams on project deliverables and follow-ups.Contribute to process standardization, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives.Perform research on emerging digital technologies and recommend innovative solutions..

Your Success Is Grounded In

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and presentation abilities.Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Basic knowledge of data analytics and reporting concepts.Ability to learn new digital tools quickly.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Determined with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced global environment.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Power BI.Basic SQL knowledge.Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Understanding of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar GenAI platforms.Familiarity with ServiceNow is an advantage.Interest in process automation and digital transformation.Basic understanding of Agile project methodologies.
