Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringYear of Graduation: 2023, 2024, or 2025/26Program: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) .
Key Skills & Knowledge Areas
Strong fundamentals in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering conceptsKnowledge of CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, or CATIA (added advantage)Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Power BI, Data Science would be an added advantage. Good analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilities
Roles & Responsibilities
Support design and development activities within the assigned engineering teamAssist in preparing and updating CAD models, drawings, and documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams on product and process improvement initiativesLearn and apply Volvo’s engineering standards and proceduresParticipate in technical reviews, data analysis, and report preparationSupport ongoing engineering and manufacturing operations as part of the learning process
