Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or Architect in a platform or backend-focused role.
Strong expertise in design patterns, system architecture, and scalable microservices design.
Solid knowledge of application security, including OAuth2 SSO, encryption, and secure coding practices.
Hands-on experience with data modeling for relational and distributed databases.
Strong coding proficiency in at least one of Go, Java, or Python; familiarity with polyglot environments.
Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with product managers, engineering managers, and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
