Trademark searches for Global jurisdictions in Pharma, Device space, coordination with external counsels, Handling Global TM oppositions

Trademark Prosecution

Filing, monitoring, and managing trademark applications for Global jurisdictions

Handling oppositions, renewals, assignments.

Trademark Searches and Clearance

Conducting comprehensive trademark searches to assess availability and risk of infringement.

WIPO Filings and International IP

Filing international trademarks via the Madrid System.

Coordinating with foreign associates and understanding cross-border IP laws.

Core Competencies

Degree: LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws)

Experience: 5 years in trademark prosecution, searches, and global WIPO filings

Indian Trademark agent

Pharma experience desirable
