Key Responsibilities

Design and develop software solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.Develop, test, and maintain frontend applications and new feature enhancements. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Create and execute unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences. Contribute innovative ideas and technical improvements to enhance product capabilities. Work effectively as a Scrum team member and actively participate in Agile ceremonies. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize application responsiveness. Minimize technical debt and ensure long-term maintainability of assigned modules. Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues while ensuring a high-quality user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development. Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Redux/Redux Toolkit, Context API, and REST API integration. Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI development. Experience in state management and frontend performance optimization techniques. Hands-on experience with Git and version control best practices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows. Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library. Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices. Ability to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills
