Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain frontend and backend components.
Build and enhance web applications and APIs.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
Troubleshoot issues in development and production with guidance.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers.
Contribute to improving performance, scalability, and reliability.
Support development of AI-enabled features or integrations (e. g., automation, assistive workflows).
Requirements:
BS/MS in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of full-stack software development experience.
Backend:
Proficiency in Java (or a similar backend language).
Experience building or contributing to REST APIs.
Basic understanding of databases (SQL; exposure to NoSQL is a plus).
Frontend:
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
Understanding of API integration and responsive UI development.
General:
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Basic testing and debugging practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Basic familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e. g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
Awareness of how AI/LLMs are used in applications (APIs, simple workflows, automation).
Nice-to-Have:
Exposure to Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with Docker or cloud environments.
Basic understanding of state management (Redux, etc. ).
Exposure to monitoring/logging tools.
Awareness of workflow or automation systems.
Exposure to LLM-based features, such as chat or summarization use cases, prompt-based workflows, and API-based AI integrations.
