Full job description

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design and development of full-stack applications.

Apply OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns to ensure maintainable and scalable codebases.

Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React, React Native, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3

Integrate robust backend services using Python (Django + FastAPI).

Work with Message Queues (MQs) and WebSockets/Pushers, and ensure real-time communication capabilities.

Manage containerized deployments and orchestrate services using AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).

Design and build microservice-based architectures that follow best practices for scalability, observability, and resilience.

Ensure security adherence across the application stack, including authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.

Oversee deployment processes to web and application servers in cloud and hybrid environments.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

6-9+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.

Frontend expertise in React, React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3

Experience with message brokers/queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.

Hands-on experience with Pushers, WebSockets, and event-driven systems.

Working knowledge of AKS and cloud-native application deployment practices.

Exposure to deploying applications on the App Store and Play Store

Deep understanding of microservice architecture, service discovery, API gateways, and inter-service communication.

Strong focus on security best practices, including OWASP Top 10 secure API design and data protection.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Fastlane).

Working knowledge of containerization tools (Docker) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

Experience working in agile/scrum development environments.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP a plus).
