Requirements:

8+ years of professional experience building large-scale web applications.

2-4 years in a Lead or Staff capacity, owning frontend architecture and technical strategy.

Deep Technical Expertise: Mastery of React and TypeScript for complex, high-performance UIs.

Complex UI Experience: Proven track record building large editors or complex UI systems (canvas, node-based editors, multi-pane layouts, or timelines).

State Architecture Mastery: Deep experience with modern state management (e. g., Zustand, Recoil, Jotai, Redux) and reactive programming.

Performance Optimisation: Proven ability to optimise web applications under real-world conditions (memory management, rendering bottlenecks).

Systems Thinking: Experience partnering on API design and understanding distributed systems tradeoffs.
