Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, the Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst provides financial reporting and analysis to the Global Sourcing organization. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and financial process improvements.

Financial Planning & Analysis
Support consolidation and reporting of financial information of Global Sourcing, partnering with regional and corporate finance teams. Prepare clear and concise month-end, forecast, and budget reporting packages, along with management commentary. Support the monthly close process, including variance analysis and trend analysis. Support the submissions of budget and forecast.
Reporting & Automation
Assist with financial processes and automations to minimize manual activities Support development of AI agents and AI developments as part of FP&A best practice development Support maintenance of master files and cost center mappings to enable accurate and consistent reporting Continuously seek improvement and efficiencies in reporting packages delivered Leverage systems and analytical tools (MicroStrategy) to create reports and analyze various datasets Other ad-hoc work as required

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a focus in Finance/ Accounting/ Business CA / MBA is a strong plus At least 2-3 years of FP&A experience, preferably with business reporting, analysis, and financial modeling Solid experience in preparing financial & operational reporting and proven analytical abilities Strong numerical sense, confidence to handle large sets of data Highly organized individual and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time and with accuracy Must have a “can do” attitude and continuous improvement mindset Fluent in English, excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel. Experience in other systems/applications (MicroStrategy, Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Hyperion, Cognos) a definite plus. Previous retail or sourcing industry experience is a definite advantage
