Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee Accounting, Tax, Audit, Treasury for Indian Legal entity while acting as a strategic partner to management.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Finance Governance & Policies Preparation and implementation of finance rules and policiesBudgeting & Planning Consolidation and submission of budgets to corporate.Accounting & Compliance Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Companies Act 2013, Income Tax Act, GST, etc.)Support statutory, internal, and tax auditsTaxation Review advance tax filings and GST-related mattersFinancial Operations Oversee vendor payments, contracts, and finance systemsReview petty cash and banking activitiesEffective utilization of fund.Reporting & Closing Support month-end/year-end close activitiesProvide financial data to consultants (e.g., transfer pricing, audits)Payroll checks, PF, PT return filling.Intercompany balance reconciliation.Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate board meetings, AGM, and corporate compliance activitiesAsset & Systems Control Manage fixed asset verification and system/process improvementsTeam Oversight Supervise Regular & Outsourced accounting staff and resolve operational issues (up to 5 employees)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA.Professional certifications will be added advantage: CA, CPA, CMA, CFA.8–15 years of experience in Business Finance or Entity Controller roles.Strong knowledge of advanced Excel/Power BI skills.Key Skills
