Full job description

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Lead to manage the execution and delivery of integration solutions using SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite. This role focuses exclusively on delivery management, ensuring successful implementation of integration projects across SAP and non-SAP systems in a hybrid landscape.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP integration projects.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.

Ensure compliance with integration architecture and standards (as defined by design teams).

Manage escalations and resolve delivery-related issues proactively.

Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure alignment with business goals.

Support post-go-live activities and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in SAP Integration, with 3 years in a Delivery Manager or Lead role.

Strong expertise in SAP PI/PO, including ESR, ID, BPM, and Adapter Framework.

Proven hands-on or oversight experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, Integration Advisor.

Solid understanding of integration patterns, iFlows, security, and connectivity protocols (HTTPS, IDoc, SFTP, OData, SOAP, REST).

Experience with DevOps practices, CICD pipelines, and tools like Git, Jenkins, or SAP CI/CD services - good to have.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence-based delivery tracking.

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA (good to have), SuccessFactors, Ariba, Salesforce, or other SaaS integration scenarios.

Qualifications

SAP Certified Development Specialist - SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Experience with SAP AIF (Application Interface Framework).

Knowledge of SAP Event Mesh, Business Rules, and Workflow in BTP.

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
