About The Role

What You Will Do
Execute tasks related to new employees’ onboarding such as employee onboarding verifications, benefits setup and enrollments for our customersConduct filings and registrations with government agencies on behalf of customersReview, Build and Improve current operational process and create how-to documentation libraryReview and process inbound communications related to insurance and regulatory tasksBuild end to end operational process for benefits enrollments to our customersResearch process requirements for work streams for new products and countriesProvide feedback on our internal systems and processes to improve our operationsWork with R&D to improve customer onboarding processes through automation
What You Will Need
4+ years of experience in an operational role, such as payroll operations, regulatory operations, or support operationsStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)Strong project management and organizational skills: high attention to detail with excellent work product, time management, and executionExperience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office, especially Docs/Sheets/Excel, for data analysis and task organization; familiarity with SFDC/JIRA/Confluence a plusStrong research and process development skillsStructural thinking and problem solvingOwnership and Proactive attitude towards pushing things to go get doneAbility to learn quickly and deal with ambiguityAbility to work from 7.00 PM- 4.00 AM ISTGrit, patience, drive as you would be working with different teams, partners and government agencies
