Job Description

This is as an opportunity to be a part of the Intelligent sensing group (ISG) at onsemi to bring up, validate and ensure mass production of mixed signal image sensors in the Product Engineering team.

Responsibilities

Performance Objectives:

Drive development of new products that satisfy demands for cost/performance and development scheduleSeek new ideas, develop innovation and creativity throughout the teamCreate comprehensive plans for prioritizing technical and resourcing challengesDefine product validation requirements by working with cross functional teams, including Design, DFT, and Test EngineersWork with NPD teams to develop validation and test plans Team oriented with can do attitude, enthusiastic in solving challenging issuesMust have confidence to act quickly and decisively when required

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred10+ years’ relevant industry experience in bench validation or characterization of both analog and digital blocks. Experience with statistical tools like JMP or equivalent for yield enhancement activities. Experience with leading teams, good communication skills and delivering high quality projects on time. Previous work experience with CMOS image sensors, optics is a plus. Previous work on domains other than characterization & validation like board design, analog/digital design, verification, DFT pattern generation is a plus. Good understanding of silicon bring-up, production test flows, usage of lab equipment like oscilloscopes, signal generator, logic analyzer, etc. Experience with programming languages (e.g. C, VB, Python)Knowledge on MIPI, SERDES is a plus.
