Requirements:

8-13 years of hands-on backend engineering experience with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.

1-2 years of experience as an engineering manager or leading high-performing engineering teams.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, REST APIs, and event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

Experience building and scaling high-volume, mission-critical backend systems.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Proven ability to lead technical design, architecture discussions, and code reviews and mentor engineers.

Experience working in product-based companies with Agile development practices.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills.

Prior experience in fintech, payments, or other high-scale product companies is a strong plus.
