About The Program
The TS Operations & Engineering Rotation Program is an accelerated development program designed for high-potential early-career professionals.
Through a series of cross-functional rotations, participants gain hands-on experience across Engineering and Operations, build broad business knowledge, and develop the skills needed for future leadership opportunities.
Your first rotation will be within our Engineering organization, where you will contribute to real business challenges, collaborate with experienced professionals, and help deliver innovative solutions for global customers.
This is not a shadowing program. From day one, you will take ownership of meaningful work, use data to solve problems, and help deliver measurable business results.
What You'll Do
Contribute to engineering projects from concept through implementation and validation.Apply data-driven problem solving to improve products, processes, and business outcomes.Partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management.Support product development, testing, and continuous improvement activities.Participate in customer-focused engineering initiatives to help meet performance and quality requirements.Analyze technical challenges and recommend practical, effective solutions.Present project results, insights, and recommendations to engineering and business stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field from a highly regarded university.1-3 years of professional work experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a related technical environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly.Practical experience with CAD tools in design or product development, complemented by knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) simulation.Knowledge of AI-enabled tools and data analytics.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and recommendations clearly.Fluent English a must
