Full job description

Engineer III - Full Stack & Systems Integration

Location: Bangalore

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineer III - Full Stack & Systems Integration to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of complex, real-world IoT, Edge, and Network-integrated systems. In this role, you will own critical end-to-end software solutions, drive system-level networking integrations, and ensure high reliability for mission-critical edge deployments. You will also mentor junior engineers and collaborate directly with field operations to validate systems in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Development: Architect, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance full-stack applications and edge systems using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Flask, Node.js, Python, C++).

System & Network Integration: Lead the integration of application logic with low-level networking protocols (OS socket programming, TCP/IP, WebSockets, REST APIs, and VPN interfaces).

Real-Time Visualization: Design and implement resilient, low-latency dashboards for real-time telemetry, data visualization, and monitoring of networked edge devices.

Edge & Hardware Interfacing: Drive software abstraction and communication layers for edge devices, hardware targets (e.g., Raspberry Pi, embedded controllers), and commercial routers/switches.

Device Control & Automation: Develop robust automation tools, monitoring scripts, and device-management frameworks to control networked assets at scale.

DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure: Lead containerization (Docker) and multi-environment deployment pipelines across local, cloud (AWS/GCP), and restricted edge networks via SSH/VPN.

Field Support & Deployment: Actively support field testing, site deployments, and operational detachments to validate equipment, troubleshoot network anomalies, and ensure system reliability on-site.

Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications & Tech Stack

Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering production-grade systems combining full-stack web architectures with network engineering.

Education: B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.

Frontend: Advanced proficiency in React.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and real-time state management.

Backend & Systems: Strong expertise in Python (Flask/FastAPI), Node.js, C++, or Java, alongside deep familiarity with Linux OS primitives and IPC mechanisms.

Networking: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, WebSockets, SSH, VPN protocols, routing fundamentals, and network-level troubleshooting.

Databases: Advanced design and performance tuning for relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, SQLite) databases.

Tooling & Cloud: Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, AWS/GCP services, and Linux terminal debugging tools.

Field Readiness: Ability and willingness to support field testing, hardware troubleshooting, and temporary operational detachments.
