Introduction

As part of the Distribution & Logistics IT team, you will support the business-critical systems that move product through our global distribution network. You will work closely with engineering teams, operations partners, vendors, and support teams to improve platform stability, resolve production issues, and strengthen application reliability. This role supports warehouse, transportation, labor, workforce, integration, and reporting platforms and is suited for an experienced technology professional who enjoys solving operational challenges.

About The Job

Own the investigation and resolution of complex and recurring application, integration, data, and reporting issues across Distribution & Logistics systems.Analyze logs, transactions, APIs, middleware events, and data sets to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.Improve monitoring, alerts, dashboards, runbooks, and support documentation to reduce operational noise and incident recurrence.Partner with engineering teams, vendors, warehouse operations, transportation operations, and third-party logistics providers to maintain platform stability and support business continuity.Support release readiness, deployment validation, change reviews, and post-implementation monitoring while leveraging approved AI tools to improve troubleshooting and operational efficiency.

About You

4+ years of experience in application support, production support, reliability engineering, system administration, or enterprise logistics technology support.Experience troubleshooting applications, integrations, databases, and operational processes in a production environment.Strong SQL and data analysis skills used for production investigations, root cause analysis, data validation, and issue resolution.Experience with Manhattan WMS, Manhattan Active WMS, Manhattan TMS, Centiro TMS, Manhattan LMS, UKG WFM, MuleSoft, Talend, SAP AFS, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Manhattan SCI, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or comparable enterprise platforms.Experience with application observability, log analysis, API management, Linux fundamentals, cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, warehouse automation, WCS integrations, and high-volume distribution center operations.Hands-on experience working within incident, problem, change, and release management processes.Experience supporting warehouse, transportation, supply chain, or enterprise platforms, with the ability to independently resolve recurring issues and recommend operational improvements.
