Job SummarySoftware Developer (2-4 Years Experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience in software design, development, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming expertise in .Net and Java, along with hands-on experience in modern software development practices, cloud technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and DevOps methodologies.

You will work as part of a dynamic engineering team to develop scalable, high-performance applications and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications Microsoft and Java technologies.

Develop high-performance, secure, and scalable software solutions.

Participate in software architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver quality software solutions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data management and optimization.

Implement automated unit, integration, and regression tests.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives.

Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and code analysis platforms to improve productivity and code quality.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure compliance with security, performance, and coding standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

2 to 4 years of professional software development experience.

Strong programming skills in:

OOPs

Java

Python

JavaScript

Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.

Proficiency with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.

Experience using Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.

Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

AI Modern Technology Skills

Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT.

Exposure to AI API integrations and automation frameworks is an added advantage.

Ability to leverage AI tools for code generation, debugging, unit test creation, and documentation.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms:
