Product Design & DevelopmentExecute product design activities, including creation and modification of drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on technical specifications.Develop 2D and 3D CAD models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design intent.Design parts and sub-assemblies in electromechanical and electrical systems. Technical Execution & AutonomyWork independently under general guidelines to deliver design solutions.Propose and implement technical solutions within assigned scope.Utilize engineering tools, software, and databases for design execution. Documentation & ComplianceCreate and validate BOMs, drawings, and related documentation.Ensure adherence to:Engineering drawing standardsIndustry and regulatory requirementsInternal processes and industrialization rulesMaintain accurate and updated design records in systems. Cross-Functional CollaborationAlign designs with customer requirements and supply chain constraints.Collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility.Support internal stakeholders with design-related clarifications. Verification & Validation SupportAssist in test execution and validation activities in laboratories.Analyze test results and contribute to design improvements.Document and communicate findings through structured reports. Continuous ImprovementProactively identify opportunities to improve:Design methodsTools & systemsProduct performance and reliabilityRecommend and implement enhancements to engineering processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering7+ years of experience in design engineeringCandidate should be aware of New Product Development Process - They should be aware of Plastic and Sheetmetal designs
