This role reports into the Global Emerging Talent Programme Manager and is part of our Global Emerging Talent team, People Services.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Global Emerging Talent Programme Lead is responsible for the design of our Graduate, Apprenticeship, and Emerging Talent programmes. You’ll be partnering with Business and Talent leaders to ensure fit for purpose programmes focusing on all aspects of the talent life cycle including programme design, consistency of experience (candidate and business) improvements, efficiencies, and benchmarking.

Subject matter expert for aligned global Graduate, Apprenticeship and/or pipeline programmes including work experience, school insights and university partnerships Responsible for the design and redesign of Rolls-Royce Emerging Talent programmes, understanding future skills, capabilities and business requirements Translate supply numbers into high quality, deliverable Emerging Talent Programmes in partnership with key internal & external stakeholders Work with recruitment to define and agree entry requirements for programmes Define and sign off Output Specifications for programmes including alignment to Rolls-Royce key skill & capability priorities Lead programme design cells including feedback, RACI documentation and governance Analyse and measure the effectiveness of Emerging Talent programmes focusing on our 3Es (efficiency, effectiveness, experience), implementing data-driven improvements to optimise outcomes and track ROI Design key policies, processes, toolkits and other documentation relating to Emerging Talent programmes and their implementation/ embedding Work with our HR partners to develop a consistent approach to performance management and end of programme processes skills/experience Understanding of regional funding routes for talent programmes including programme budget management, grants / bursary programmes Experience designing learning solutions such as induction, work readiness training, skills and behavioural coaching sessions Work in line with the Rolls-Royce Operating System, utilising this to maintain high standards across all work and programmes

Who We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of Emerging Talent delivery, frameworks, processes & policies Experience of working with Emerging Talent on a global scale Analytical mindset Demonstrated success in delivering successful end to end talent journeys Proven capability in stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation. Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks and standards (or other regional equivalents) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and engage with a range of different stakeholders Extensive matrix-working experience; ability to partner internally & with 3rd parties to enable operational delivery against strategy Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practice A passion for Emerging Talent, talent and learning
