About The Role
We are looking for a driven and technically astute DocuSign Application IT Owner & Integration Analyst to join the Schneider Digital team. This role combines application ownership accountability with deep integration and API development expertise, serving as the central technical authority for the DocuSign platform within Schneider Electric's global IT landscape.
The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining integrations between DocuSign and enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and event-driven architectures. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless, reliable, and secure digital agreement workflows across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Application Ownership
Act as the primary IT owner and single point of contact (SPOC) for the DocuSign application across Schneider Electric globally.Manage the full application lifecycle including onboarding, configuration, upgrades, renewals, and decommissioning.Govern application SLAs, availability, and performance metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with the DocuSign vendor and internal procurement teams for license management, support escalations, and contract negotiations.Maintain comprehensive application documentation including architecture diagrams, integration maps, and runbooks.
Integration & API Development
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between DocuSign and enterprise platforms (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow etc.) using REST APIs, SOAP, and middleware tools.Implement Connect notifications, and event-driven patterns to trigger downstream business processes in real time.Build and maintain integration middleware pipelines using tools such as Azure Integration Services, Dell Boomi, or equivalent platforms.Develop and manage authentication flows using OAuth 2.0 (JWT grant, Authorization Code grant) to securely connect DocuSign with enterprise applications.Create reusable integration components, code libraries, and templates to accelerate future integration delivery.
Configuration & Workflow Automation
Design and configure DocuSign envelopes, templates, and signing workflows tailored to complex, multi-stakeholder business scenarios.Automate contract lifecycle management processes including initiation, routing, signing, storage, and archival.Support DocuSign CLM and integrations where applicable.
Support, Monitoring & Governance
Monitor integration health, API usage, envelope status, and failure alerts; drive rapid incident resolution.Provide support for DocuSign-related integration issues, coordinating with business stakeholders, Middleware teams, and the DocuSign vendor.Ensure compliance with data security, GDPR, and information governance policies in all integration designs.Conduct regular audits of user access, API keys, connected apps, and integration configurations.Engage in CHRs release cycles for new integrations and significant enhancements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery
Partner with business team to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Present integration designs and solution proposals to technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
Required Technical Skills

Required Skills (Must Have)
5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration and API development.Proven hands-on experience with DocuSign administration and API-based integrations.Strong techno-functional expertise — ability to bridge business requirements and technical integration design.Experience working in Agile / Scrum methodology.Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Experience working in a highly matrixed Global MNC environment with multiple stakeholders across geographies.Strong design thinking and structured problem-solving skills.Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work across global, distributed teams.
