🌟 About the roleBuild the function that turns specialist human expertise into AI data and evaluations customers can rely on.You will work with Joveo leadership to shape the offering, hire the managers who deliver it and establish the standards we commit to. Your remit includes customer delivery and portfolio economics, with influence over the tools and capabilities we develop.For someone who has already led complex AI programs, this is an opportunity to put that experience to work across an entire function. You will help decide which opportunities we pursue, what a successful pilot must demonstrate and how we grow without losing control of quality or cost.

🧠 What you’ll doShape the offering with leadership. Identify the customer problems we can solve well, define the deliverables and acceptance standards, and establish what we need to prove before expanding a service.Build the delivery leadership team. Hire and develop program managers and specialist leads. Give them clear accountability and decision rights, and plan expert capacity around qualified demand.Establish quality standards across programs. Set expectations for expert qualification, calibration, adjudication and measurement. Work with technical specialists to challenge weak metrics and keep evaluation conclusions defensible.Lead senior customer conversations. Translate technical needs into realistic commitments, resolve difficult escalations and use customer feedback to improve the offering. Help turn successful pilots into repeat programs.Own delivery economics across the portfolio. Understand the full cost of expert supply, technical integration and rework. Partner with commercial teams on pricing, scope changes and capacity decisions.Shape tooling priorities with engineering. Turn recurring delivery problems into reusable capabilities, make deliberate choices about automation and maintain strong practices for customer data protection and traceability.

🎯 What we’re looking forYou have built or led a delivery, operations or technical program function in AI data, evaluation, applied AI or a closely related field.You have hired or developed managers and held responsibility for complex customer outcomes. You can build a team that makes good decisions without every issue reaching you.You are credible in both a technical review and a commercial discussion. You can challenge an evaluation design, identify weak acceptance criteria and work through the implications for delivery and cost.You have made consequential operating decisions: narrowing an offering, resetting a customer commitment, changing a quality system or rebuilding a team. You can explain your reasoning and the results.Experience launching a service, turning pilots into repeat programs or operating expert contributor networks is especially relevant.We will look at the scope you have carried and the judgment you have developed. Your record of building a function matters more than the title you currently hold.
