Role Overview
The Director, Founder's Office will work directly with our co-founder on the goals that matter most to Licious: Revenue, EBITDA and the core organisational metrics that will power our next phase of growth. This is a high ownership role that sits at the nerve centre of the business, connecting the founder's priorities with how our Category, Growth and Marketing teams deliver against them.
This role demands someone who is sharp with numbers, comfortable with ambiguity and able to influence senior stakeholders through clear thinking and solid data. It is a high-accountability seat with rare exposure to how a fast-scaling brand is run, and a launchpad into senior leadership roles across Licious.
Have you got an awesome appetite for...
Business Performance & Founder PrioritiesPartnering with co-founders to set, track and drive Revenue, EBITDA and other core organisational goals.Building the data backbone for founder decision-making: dashboards, performance models and deep dives that show what is working and what is not.Turning numbers into sharp points of view and recommendations that move the business forward.Spotting risks and opportunities early and bringing them to the founder with a clear way forward.
Cross-Functional Goal Tracking & Stakeholder InfluenceWorking closely with Category, Growth and Marketing teams to align on the goals they have signed up for and track progress against them.Running business review cadences that hold up a mirror to performance, highlight gaps early and drive course correction.Influencing senior stakeholders through data and clear reasoning so that priorities translate into action.
Vision, AOP & Goal SettingBeing a thought partner to the founders on how business performance is narrated to the board, shaping the story behind the numbers instead of only presenting them.Building the monthly MIS and board decks that give a clear and credible view of how Licious is performing and where it is headed.Being the single point of contact for investor queries, owning how data is defined, reported and explained so that the same number means the same thing everywhere it appears.Working with the founders and CXOs to translate the company vision into a concrete plan: annual operating plan design, OKRs, targets and the assumptions that sit underneath them.Breaking company level ambition down into function level goals for Category, Growth, Marketing, Supply Chain and Retail, and making sure the numbers add up bottom up as well as top down.
Strategic ProjectsLeading special projects from the founder's desk as priorities evolve, from framing the problem through to execution.Picking up new business questions quickly, getting to the heart of them and landing outcomes with the right teams.
We hope that you...Bring 4 to 6 years of post-MBA experience, ideally a combination of management consulting & investment banking or management consulting & a consumer brand. Are genuinely data-first: you can read P&L fluently, understand unit economics and use numbers to build a point of view rather than just report them.Have strong stakeholder influencing skills and can drive alignment with senior leaders without formal authority.Bring the rigour and polish to own investor-facing work, with board decks and MIS that stand up to close scrutiny.Thrive in ambiguity and switch contexts quickly without losing sight of the details. Are a structured thinker and a crisp communicator, both on paper and in the room.Take ownership end to end and are energised by a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Are excited about building a long-term career at Licious, with the ambition to step into senior roles in functions such as supply chain, category, growth or tech.
