As Digital Product Owner (DPO) for Requirement Management in the MBSE tool landscape, you will lead the day-to-day work of a stable team responsible for operating and continuously improving key applications, including Codebeamer, RVnS (Requirements, Validation, and Source), and Windchill Modeler.
You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple sites, the Digital Product Manager (DPM), the Digital Product Area Owner (DPAO), and the stable team. Your mission is to understand the product roadmap and how your team contributes to it. You will manage stakeholder demands, ensure they are translated into a refined backlog, prioritized according to One Rhythm and PI planning, and delivered according to agreed KPIs for quality, time, and cost.
Key Responsibilities As DPO
Clarify team purpose, strategy, and business priorities within the requirement management and MBSE tool scopeContribute to the digital product roadmap, release planning, and capacity planningManage dependencies and collaborate with other teams and business partnersOwn and manage the team backlog: refine, order, and ensure it is visible, transparent, and understoodCollaborate with DPM in ensuring the product development backlog is well structured, prioritized, and up to datePerform financial follow-up for committed deliveries for the stable team, when applicableEnsure lifecycle management and support of digital products and solutions in scope (operations, upgrades, vendor coordination, and stability)Secure regular feedback collection from users and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements based on insights
Qualifications
Relevant university degree (Engineering, IT, or similar)Experience in digital product or IT system developmentProduct or project leadership experienceAbility to own and prioritize a product backlogStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with cross‑functional teamsGood understanding of business and technical needsFluent English communication skillsContinuous learning mindset and adaptability
