Team Overview

Work closely with Engineering Manager, Product, UX, QA, and platform teams to develop scalable full-stack applications that integrate with enterprise platforms and services. A hands-on engineer with a test-driven mindset, contributing high-quality, production-ready frontend and backend code. Drive UI architecture, reusable component libraries, and backend service development while ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate across teams to establish engineering best practices, design standards, and development frameworks. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, quality, documentation, and innovation. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

3+ years of experience building modern full-stack applications. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline. Strong coding and debugging skills in Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Hands-on experience designing and developing responsive, accessible, and scalable user interfaces. Strong understanding of UI architecture, state management, component-driven development, performance optimization, and application scalability. Experience building reusable Design Systems. Hands-on experience with Storybook for component documentation and standardization. Experience developing REST APIs, backend services, and integrating frontend applications with enterprise systems. Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. Experience with CI/CD tools, automated testing, release pipelines, and DevOps practices. Hands-on experience with Git, code reviews, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows. Familiarity with AI-powered engineering tools such as Copilot, Claude, or equivalent solutions. Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
