Role Overview:We are looking for a Design Executive who will be responsible for creating and executing design plans for our retail/F&B spaces. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of design projects.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare layout plans, detailed drawings, and elevations within defined timelinesVisit project sites to assess requirements and incorporate necessary revisions into designsDevelop 3D models for proposed premisesCoordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionPrepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for sitesEnsure design accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) .
Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or F&B designExperience working with a design firm will be an added advantage
Required Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUpBasic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPointStrong coordination and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage timelines
