Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support field through trouble shooting on system

Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT

Monthly hold clearance

Process Analysis Sharing of best practices with team.

Coordinate with Salesensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.

Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process

Liasoning with functional team - Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap
