Role: Deputy Manager – Business FinanceLocation: BangaloreWork Mode: Work from Office, 5 days a week

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – 2021 to 2023 batch

About the RoleWe are looking for a Deputy Manager – Business Finance to partner closely with our business teams and drive financial performance, profitability, and data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll DoPartner with business teams on P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Track revenue, costs, margins, and key business metrics; identify variances and drive corrective actions.Provide financial insights to support business decisions, growth initiatives, and investments.Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved profitability.Prepare MIS, dashboards, and regular performance reports for business and leadership.Work closely with Business, Operations, FP&A, and Finance teams on business and financial priorities.Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls and reporting.

What We’re Looking ForCA qualified, 2021–2023 batch.2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Finance / FP&A / Finance Business Partnering.Strong understanding of P&L, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Strong Excel and analytical skills.Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate financial data into actionable insights.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Experience with SQL/MySQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.
