Responsibilities:
Own and lead delivery of platform and AI agents for enterprise customers.
Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for POCs and onboardings.
Coordinate platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement toward production launches.
Align product, engineering, and customer teams on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.
Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Monitor AI agent performance in production and drive follow-up improvements.
Identify and develop new AI use cases with customers to expand adoption and impact.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing startups.
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex efforts moving forward.
Proactive, hands-on mindset and interest in AI-driven products.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
