Then come and join our global team as a Demand Manager (f/m/d) and drive the development of Planon and reporting platforms as part of our Real Estate digitalization initiatives.

The position can be filled in Erlangen (Germany) or Bangalore (India).

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are the primary contact for Planon developments, including new functionalities and the continuous system enhancements.You regularly lead the Change Control Board for Planon and its related IT environment, involving all relevant stakeholders.You drive the development of a Planon front end for users and super users.You are responsible for integrating AI solutions into Planon for data analysis and lease abstraction, including the extraction of key contract components.You act as the primary contact for the further development of reporting and self-service platforms.You ensure Planon and the reporting platform comply with IT, quality standards and further internal and regulatory requirements.You support the Digitalization Expert in implementing digitalization projects within Real Estate.

Your qualifications and experience:

You have completed a Master’s degree in (business) informatics, real estate management or a comparable qualification.You have several years of professional experience in demand or application management, ideally related to CAFM/IWMS systems such as Planon.We also welcome applicants with a completed bachelor's degree or a vocational training and further qualification, combined with additional professional experience in this field.You have proven experience leading committees such as Change Control Boards and coordinating effectively with business units and IT.You have experience in the design and further development of front ends or user interfaces for different user groups.You have hands-on experience with AI-supported solutions, ideally in the context of data analysis or contract analysis (lease abstraction).You have profound expertise with reporting and self-service platforms, including the enhancement of existing solutions.You have experience ensuring IT compliance and quality standards in the context of system operation and development.You have experience working in interdisciplinary project teams within a real estate environment.

Your attributes and skills:

You have strong communication and facilitation skills, particularly when dealing with various stakeholders in committees such as the Change Control Board, as well as fluent English skills.You have a high level of technical understanding combined with the ability to translate business requirements into concrete system requirements.You work in a structured and solution-oriented way, with a strong sense of responsibility for the ongoing operation and further development of Planon.You have a keen awareness of compliance and quality requirements and the ability to consistently ensure they are met.You are interested in and open to new technologies, particularly AI-supported applications.You show team spirit and actively support other roles, such as the Digitalization Expert, in a project context.You work independently and in a service- and user-oriented way when handling user and super user requirements.You think entrepreneurially and have an understanding of the specifics of the real estate industry.
