Job Title: Deal Desk Analyst

Location: Bengaluru

Work mode: In-office (5 days)

About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented Deal Desk Analyst to support our global deal desk operations. In this role, you will review and process sales deals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to facilitate smooth deal execution and provide insights that help optimize pricing and margin performance.

Key Responsibilities:• Non-Standard Deal Review: Evaluate and process deals that fall outside standard pricing or discount guidelines, ensuring compliance with approval policies and escalation procedures.• Approval Coordination: Manage approval workflows and ensure timely escalation of complex deals.• Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate deal records in CRM and CPQ systems.• Reporting: Assist in preparing deal desk metrics and performance reports for leadership.• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve deal-related issues.• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline deal desk operations and enhance efficiency.

What You Bring:• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.• 2-8 years of experience in GTM finance, deal desk, revenue operations, or sales operations roles.• Strong understanding of pricing, discounting, and approval processes.• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global environment.

Bonus If You Have:• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based company with a channel-led, 2-tier distribution, or hybrid GTM model.• Familiarity with channel sales structures and partner programs.• Exposure to CPQ tools and deal automation process
