Key Responsibilities
Work on advanced data science to provide insights to different types of usersIdentify behavioral and attribute based clusters using clustering techniquesConduct predictive analysis to create various “what-if” scenarios to drive organizational planning and marketing strategyDevelop & apply algorithms operating on data to solve real life business problems.Be the “go to” person for all statistical modelling/analysis in the organizationCompetent to manage a small team
Experience Required
Strong statistical / Machine Learning knowledge and hands-on experience with statistical tools and techniquesDemonstrated capability to provide meaningful and actionable insights based on data analysisStrong communication skillsSignificant experience in predictive modelling (e.g. Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Ada-Boost).Strong capability of running multivariate regression models using Python/RAbility to conduct cluster analysis on large datasetsGood understanding and working experience with multiple data sourcesHigh level of comfort with receiving, loading, cleansing, enriching & enhancing transactional data sourcesAbility to proactively come up with solutions requiring minimal guidanceShould be a strong team player & able to work on ambiguous environment with minimal
