About the Role: Data Scientist – 3

As a Data Scientist – 3, you will:Partner with stakeholders to define, own, and execute the data science roadmap for one or more business domains, building impactful solutions from the ground upDesign, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models into production environmentsProvide strong technical and scientific leadership, mentoring team members and driving best practicesTake a hands-on approach to solving complex data problems when requiredCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams across product, business, and engineering to deliver data-driven solutionsEstablish, standardize, and continuously improve data science and engineering practices within the teamBalance business delivery with innovation by contributing to applied research and experimentation

ProfileDeep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical foundations5+ years of experience applying machine learning and statistical methods to solve complex, large-scale business problemsStrong expertise in model evaluation techniques and the ability to align model performance with business objectivesExperience working with scalable and distributed systemsProven ability to translate business problems into data science solutionsShould have worked on latest AI tools.
