Role Overview:
The Data Manager will be responsible for managing photography and videography data from collection through delivery, while coordinating with photographers, editors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects move smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect photo and video data from photographers and verify completeness.
Organize, categorize, and maintain project data in a structured filing system.
Upload and back up data to designated drives/servers while ensuring data integrity.
Coordinate with photographers, editors, and vendors to ensure timely movement of projects.
Communicate with clients for photo/video selections, approvals, and album-related requirements.
Coordinate album production and delivery with relevant vendors.
Support basic photo/video post-processing and quality checks when required.
Assist as a backup photographer/videographer for shoots when necessary.
Track project data and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Required Skills:
Strong data organization and file-management skills.
Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
Familiarity with photo/video file formats and post-processing tools.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
