Role & responsibilities

- Receive and answer inbound customer calls in Kannada, Hindi, and English, ensuring professional and transparent communication.

- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate product/service information on the spot.

- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities during incoming customer calls

Preferred candidate profile

- Language Mastery: Must be 100% fluent with excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
