As our Culture & Engagement Specialist, you’ll play an important role in creating a vibrant, inclusive and connected workplace at Observe.AI. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, the People Team and employees across the company to strengthen the employee experience and bring our culture to life.

Your primary focus will be on being a Culture Champion - planning and executing engaging events, celebrations and employee initiatives across India. You’ll also support People Team projects, employee listening and engagement efforts, and help turn data and insights into meaningful actions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Act as a culture ambassador by developing and executing initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, morale, belonging and inclusionLead the planning and execution of our annual company offsite and hackathonPlan and organize in-office events, sports activities, celebrations and other employee engagement initiatives across IndiaCreate and execute an annual employee engagement calendar aligned with festivals, global observances and company prioritiesManage company swag and coordinate distribution for new hires, events and other initiativesManage and grow our social media presence by creating and coordinating authentic content that showcases our people, culture, employee experiences and workplace initiativesManage the company’s annual CSR program, including ensuring regulatory compliance, evaluating CSR opportunities, and coordinating the allocation and utilisation of CSR fundsCollect, compile and analyse HR and employee engagement data from sources such as the HRIS, employee surveys, exit interviews and other People Team systemsPrepare reports, presentations and insights for People Team members and business leadersSupport the rollout and communication of new people programs, systems and initiativesContribute to employee listening initiatives and help translate feedback and data into actionable insightsSupport the People Team on other projects and initiatives as needed

What You’ll Bring to the Role

6 months - 1 year of relevant experience in HR, employee engagement, culture, or a related fieldExceptional attention to detail and strong follow-throughStrong organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skillsCreativity and enthusiasm for planning events and employee engagement activitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh energy, enthusiasm and a friendly, approachable demeanourProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AI-powered tools and platforms
