Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist dedicated to Instagram Reels and short-form video formats. Your goal is to capture immediate attention, drive organic reach, and build brand affinity through rapid, high-impact creative concepts. You understand short-form visual grammar, trend dynamics, audio triggers, and how to hold attention in a scroll-heavy feed. You bridge the gap between creative storytelling and growth, giving our production team precise blueprints to execute.

Focus Area 1: Short-Form Concepting & Trend Capture

Rapid Trend Hunting: Monitor social feeds, audio trends, visual formats, and financial commentary to spot viral concepts as they emerge. Concept Architecture: Design high-performing Reel formats, visual hooks, and text-on-screen structures tailored specifically for short attention spans. Hook Strategy: Craft the visual, textual, and audio hooks for the first 3 seconds of every short-form piece to maximize view completion rates. Batch Strategy: Build repeatable content frameworks and series formats that can be produced at scale without losing creative quality.

Focus Area 2: Visual Storytelling & Messaging

Script & Beat Sheets: Write snappy, concise beat sheets and script outlines for creators, on-camera talent, and video editors. Visual Direction: Specify text overlays, b-roll references, graphics, and pacing notes so the editor knows exactly how the final output should feel. Performance Analysis: Review reach, saves, shares, and watch time metrics to constantly refine narrative hooks and visual execution.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Short-Form Mastery: Track record of concepting high-reach Instagram Reels or short-form video content that drives high engagement and shares. Visual Pacing Sense: Intuitive understanding of edit speed, visual triggers, text placement, and sound design for modern social feeds. Distillation Skills: Ability to take a complex financial or product concept and turn it into a simple 30 to 60-second visual story.
