You will turn product information, campaign briefs and customer stories into clear, consistent visual communication for enterprise buyers and other business audiences. You will work with Marketing, Product Marketing and sales stakeholders, and support the Video Editor with storyboards, thumbnails and graphics. This is a marketing creative role, not a UX/UI or product design position.Responsibilities• Design social media creatives, campaign graphics, carousels, quote cards and launch assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other relevant channels.• Create editable sales decks, product presentations and client-facing demo decks in PowerPoint, making complex information easy to scan and present.• Design one-pagers, brochures, flyers and case studies with clear typography, layout, information hierarchy and purposeful use of imagery.• Produce event collateral, signage, email banners, digital ads, landing-page graphics and co-branded marketing assets.• Build infographics and explanatory visuals from approved product inputs and data, checking labels, figures and claims with the relevant stakeholders.• Apply and maintain brand guidelines, master slide templates and reusable asset libraries so teams can produce consistent collateral efficiently.• Create storyboard frames, thumbnails and supporting graphics with the Video Editor, who owns animation, editing and final video production.• Prepare accurate digital exports and print-ready files, including resolution, colour mode, bleed, font handling and vendor specifications. Maintain organised, editable source files.• Use AI for concept exploration, image generation and editing, asset variations, resizing and production automation. Check accuracy, brand fit and finish before delivery.• Agree priorities and review checkpoints with stakeholders. Stay current with emerging AI design tools, evaluate their value and turn effective approaches into repeatable workflows.
Essential qualifications• 2–5 years of graphic design, visual communication or marketing and brand design experience in an in-house team or creative agency.• Strong typography, layout, colour and information hierarchy skills, supported by a portfolio of marketing collateral and presentations.• Ability to create polished, editable PowerPoint decks and turn technical or text-heavy content into clear visual narratives.• Working knowledge of digital and print production, brand consistency and reusable templates; practical experience applying AI within a design workflow.• Ability to interpret briefs, explain design choices, manage feedback and deliver to agreed timelines.Tools and production skills• Core design: strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, or comparable professional vector and image-editing tools; PowerPoint proficiency is essential.• Useful production tools: Adobe InDesign for brochures and multi-page collateral; Google Slides for collaborative presentations; Canva or Figma for marketing assets, templates and review.• AI workflow examples: Adobe Firefly for concepts, image generation and image editing; Canva AI tools for visual variations and format adaptation. Combine these with templates, batch resizing or production automation where useful.Comparable tools are welcome; proficiency in every platform listed is not required. Selection will prioritise production quality, creative judgement and demonstrated workflows over tool-name familiarity.Preferred skills• Experience designing for B2B SaaS, AI or enterprise technology audiences, including sales enablement and product launches.• Experience with infographics, event production, co-branded materials or maintaining a marketing asset library.Portfolio requirements• Share 4–6 projects covering an editable presentation, a social or campaign asset set, and a one-pager, brochure or case study. Relevant self-initiated samples are acceptable.• Include examples of information hierarchy, consistent branding across formats and print-ready production. State your contribution and tools used for each project.• Include one AI-assisted example showing concept-to-final development or asset variations, your manual refinements and the effect on turnaround time, quality or volume. Provide before-and-after evidence where available.
