Cost to Serve Analyst

Role Purpose

Join a high-impact global transformation team driving Schneider Electric's Cost to Serve agenda across Service Operations. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is passionate about analytics, problem solving, and business performance. You will work closely with senior leaders and country teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, track results, and support transformation initiatives that deliver measurable operational and financial impact.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Insights

Analyze operational and financial data to identify productivity and cost optimization opportunities. Support the quantification of improvement initiatives and development of business cases. Create dashboards, reports, and performance insights to support decision-making and benefit tracking. Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.

Transformation Support

Support the preparation and facilitation of Cost to Serve workshops. Consolidate, structure, and track opportunities identified during workshops. Help countries progress ideas from identification through validation and implementation.

Governance & Performance Tracking

Maintain governance routines, reporting, and benefit realization tracking. Monitor progress against targets and identify risks and improvement opportunities. Prepare executive-level presentations and performance reviews.

Best Practice & Capability Building

Support the development of methodologies, playbooks, and best-practice sharing across countries. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge management.

Qualifications & Experience

2–5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, finance, operations, or business performance roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and interpret data. Good financial acumen and understanding of business performance drivers and P&L concepts. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information. Exposure to Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methodologies is a plus. Experience in Service Operations, Field Services, or industrial environments is advantageous but not required. Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
