Role Description The Corporate Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, including identifying new partnership opportunities and nurturing ongoing collaborations. The specialist will coordinate with employers to understand their hiring and skill requirements, align Crio.Do’s offerings with industry needs, and support placement and internship initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing corporate outreach activities, scheduling and conducting meetings, managing partner communications, and maintaining accurate records of corporate interactions. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to design and deliver corporate-facing training sessions, events, and programs that enhance learner employability and strengthen Crio.Do’s industry network.
Qualifications
Corporate Relations and partnership management skills, including experience building and sustaining long-term relationships with organizations.Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for engaging with corporate stakeholders, presenting proposals, and negotiating collaborations.Training and facilitation skills to support employer-focused sessions, student workshops, and corporate engagement initiatives.Organization Skills for managing multiple corporate accounts, tracking outreach activities, and coordinating events or programs.Relevant experience in corporate relations, campus recruitment, business development, or stakeholder management.Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms to document and track corporate interactions.
