We are seeking a proactive and analytical Control Tower Executive to join our Control Tower team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring end-to-end supply chain operations, driving realtime issue resolution, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence across the network. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and is passionate about improving supply chain performance through datadriven decision-making

What makes the role meaty? Monitor real-time supply chain operations and identify operational deviations.Drive timely resolution of supply, fulfillment, logistics, and system-related issues by coordinating with cross functional teams.Track key operational metrics and publish actionable insights through dashboards and reports.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for operational misses and ensure closure of corrective actions.Escalate critical issues proactively and drive stakeholder alignment for faster resolution.Support process improvement initiatives to enhance network efficiency, service levels, and operational visibility.Maintain data accuracy across operational reporting and ensure governance of critical business metrics.Contribute to the development and enhancement of Control Tower tools, dashboards, and monitoring frameworks

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.1–4 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Control Tower, Logistics, Operations Excellence, or Program Management.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is preferred.Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.Detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset and bias for action.
