Role & responsibilities

"- Monitor real-time delivery health across zones order allocation, rider assignment, and SLA adherence

- Identify and resolve live escalations (delays, non-allocations, stuck orders) by coordinating with fleet, dark store, and city ops teams

- Track key control metrics (ADT, non-allocation %, breach rate) and trigger corrective actions during peak/demand surges

- Drive root-cause analysis on recurring disruptions and feed insights back to Ops/Tech for process or system fixes"
