About The RoleWe are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Intern who will support our leadership’s presence on social platforms (especially LinkedIn), help create newsletters, and manage engaging content across Instagram and other channels. You will work closely with the marketing and communications teams to build and strengthen our online voice with clarity, creativity, and strategic intent.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate compelling and professional content for LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, and other platformsWork with senior leadership to communicate ideas, insights, and thought leadership content in written and visual formatsSupport content ideation, scheduling, posting, and basic performance trackingAssist in growing engagement and community interaction with consistent, brand-aligned postsCollaborate with the design and marketing teams for creative assetsMaintain content calendars and help with execution of campaigns and newsletters What We’re Looking ForFreshers passionate about social media, content, and storytelling (1–2 yrs experience is also fine)Strong written communication and creative thinking skillsPortfolio showcasing social media work (LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, blogs, content series, campaigns) — requiredFamiliarity with LinkedIn content and audience dynamicsBasic experience with design or content tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut, video editing tools) is a plusAbility to work onsite in Bengaluru with your own laptop.What You’ll GainReal-world experience managing professional brand and leadership contentStrong exposure to content strategy and social media engagementMentorship and feedback from experienced marketing and leadership teamsA portfolio that reflects versatile content creation skillsStipend and Certification
