Job Summary We're looking for a Content Marketer to write, edit, and scale content across Murf's organic channels. You'll be part of the organic growth team to turn keywords/topics/customer queries into original blogs, landing pages, product teardowns, and product-led content — and you'll do it at a volume and quality bar that's only possible with AI-native workflows. This is not a "write three blogs a month" role. We want someone who treats content production as a system: building briefs, running AI-assisted drafting pipelines, editing for accuracy and voice, and using data to decide what gets written next. We are looking for someone who can write genuinely helpful content that’s not a summary of a few articles from the internet.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & ScaleWrite and edit content across Murf's organic channels — long-form blogs, landing pages, use-case and comparison pages, glossary and help content — aligned to search, customer queries and search-intent strategy.Own the throughput and quality of the content pipeline: briefs in, publish-ready pages out, with clear turnaround times and quality gatesOperate and improve AI-native content workflows (LLM-assisted research, brief generation, drafting, humanizing, and pre-publish audits)Refresh and consolidate existing content based on decay, cannibalization, and ranking data

SEO CollaborationPartner with the SEO team on keyword research, SERP analysis, and content gap identificationStructure content for search — headings, entities, internal links, human-friendly formatting — and for AI search surfaces (AI Overviews, LLM citations)Track performance in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and analytics dashboards; use the data to prioritize what to write, update, or retire

Product & Brand AccuracyWork closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams so content accurately reflects Murf's features, use cases, and positioningMaintain Murf's tone of voice and editorial standards across every piece, whether written by a human, an AI, or bothContribute to content guidelines, style rules, and QC checklists that keep quality consistent as volume grows

Required Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and organic growthMust have: prior experience at a B2B SaaS company, writing for technical or semi-technical buyersWell versed in AI-native content workflows — you've used LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in a real production setting, not just for one-off drafts, and you have a point of view on where AI helps and where it hurtsGenuine comfort with AI and technology as subject matter — you can explain how AI agents, voice AI and LLMs work to a non-expert reader without getting it wrongWorking knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs or SEMrush) and the ability to analyze dataStrong portfolio of published content with demonstrable ranking or traffic resultsExcellent editorial judgment: you can tell a good draft from a mediocre one and know exactly what to fixStructured, systems-minded approach to production — you think in briefs, templates, and repeatable processes

Good to HaveComputer science or engineering background, or equivalent technical fluencyHands-on experience with content automation (e.g., multi-step LLM pipelines, MCP-connected tools, no-code/low-code automation)Familiarity with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, headless CMS) and basic HTML/MarkdownExperience writing for developer or API audience
