Roles And Responsibilities

Interact with Fund Management Companies (FMCs) to collect fund and share class dataMonitor and track multiple mailboxes to ensure timely data deliveryFollow up with vendors and stakeholders on missing or delayed dataEnsure data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistencyPerform automated and semi-automated quality checksProactively identify, investigate, and resolve data issuesMaintain high productivity and quality standards as per company benchmarksCommunicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve data queriesMaintain active participation in Lipper CST (including chat support)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flowMaximize usage of internal tools and technologies to improve efficiencyIdentify opportunities to optimize processes using automation and AI toolsAdapt to evolving workflows, systems, and methodologiesCreate and manage custom data reports and content enhancement outputsMonitor database accuracy and ensure correct representation on LSEG productsAdhere to data policies, operational standards, and change control proceduresReview and update agreements and database records related to FMCs and fundsSupport assigned projects and initiatives
