Represent the people and competence perspective in planning, prioritisation and organisational discussions.

Experience in workforce planning, resource management, and succession planning.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

A passion for developing people, fostering inclusive teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Who You Are

A people-first leader who enjoys helping others grow and succeed.

A strong coach and mentor with a collaborative leadership style.

Strategic, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.

Passionate about talent development, innovation, and building high-performing teams.
