About Role:
The Candidate will be responsible for reaching out to Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across assigned territories and introducing them to our payment solutions. This role involves consultative selling, relationship management, and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities:
Merchant Onboarding & Support:
Take ownership of onboarding MSME merchants and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Guide merchants through the complete onboarding process, including documentation, registration and activation.
Respond promptly to merchant queries and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
Provide merchant support through calls and chat to resolve queries, concerns and onboarding-related issues.
2. Product Presentation & Consultative Selling:
Understand merchant requirements, business operations and payment challenges.
Explain Jodo's product features, benefits, onboarding process and commercial terms.
Present suitable payment solutions based on merchant requirements.
Address merchant questions and support them in making informed decisions.
3. Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
Act as the primary point of contact for merchant queries and support.
Address objections and coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure merchant satisfaction.
4. Market Intelligence:
Share feedback on merchant concerns and competitor offerings.
Identify common onboarding challenges and suggest improvements.
Provide insights to improve merchant experience, product positioning and support processes.
Language Requirement:
Hindi is mandatory for this role. Candidates must have strong Hindi communication skills to handle merchant queries, onboarding and support through calls and chat.
