About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead Snapmint's information security, cyber risk, and technology resilience initiatives. You will define the security strategy, strengthen our security posture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with engineering and business teams to build secure products at scale.

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute Snapmint's cybersecurity strategy and roadmapLead security governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, including RBI guidelines and industry standardsDrive cloud, infrastructure, application, and data security across the organizationOversee Security Operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and business continuityEmbed security into the SDLC and engineering processes through DevSecOps and secure-by-design practicesManage third-party security risk, audits, and customer security assessmentsBuild and mentor a high-performing security team while fostering a strong security culture

What We're Looking ForStrong understanding of cloud security, application security, IAM, SIEM/SOC, and cyber risk managementHands-on experience with RBI regulations, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and security auditsCISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent certifications are preferredStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership and engineering teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field12+ years of experience in Information Security/Cybersecurity, with at least 7 years in a leadership roleExperience in an NBFC, fintech, banking, payments, or other regulated financial services organization
